jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The President General of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Ahmad Sobri Lubis and the Commander of the Islamic Defenders Army (LPI) Maman Suryadi were questioned by investigators from Polda Metro Jaya until Monday (12/14) evening.

Two suspected of violating the health protocol (Prokes) in Petamburan, central Jakarta, were examined for approximately 13 hours.

“I just finished and we broadcast the developments to the media,” lawyer Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) and Deputy Secretary General of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Aziz Yanuar said at the Metro Jaya police headquarters on Monday night.

Aziz explained that Sobri Lubis was asked around 63 questions, while Maman Suryadi had around 62 questions.

Investigators asked about the suspect’s personal and daily activities, organizational activities for the role in the crowd case.

Aziz said the two suspects also did not answer about 40 questions, arguing that they did not know and did not pay attention to the details of the case.

Aziz explained that the investigators continued to be consistent with the articles imposed on both, namely Article 216 of the Penal Code in conjunction with Law Number 6 of 2018 on Sanitary Quarantine.

Previously, Maman Suryadi and Sobri Lubis surrendered to Polda Metro Jaya this Monday morning around 10.00 WIB.
