Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD mentions that a government will collapse when the process of action law not done fairly. He relayed the statement through jokes on his personal Twitter account @mohmahfudmd.

The taunts began as a form of response from Mahfud to a statement by a citizen who questioned the taunts on the @UAS_AbdulSomad account that contained a fragment of the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari that says: ‘Who walks with a tyrant to strengthen the tyrant knows that the tyrant is a tyrant. ‘ So it is true that he has left Islam. ”

“Good. That applies to both UAS and many who collaborate with various people. It is the same as my argument that if it acts unjustly, the country will be destroyed, it is only a matter of time. That is the verse of the Qur’an and the Hadith. . That is why corrupt ministers or officials must be arrested. We also arrest thugs who break the law, “Mahfud tweeted on Sunday night (2/13).

However, after being reprimanded by one of the citizens who provided information that the @UAS_AbdulSomad account was not UAS’s personal Twitter account. Mahfud also said that the proposition “The state will be destroyed if it is unjust” applies universally and at any time.

“Two of our police generals go to court, our prosecutors drown, we arrest Jokcan, we take Maria Pauline. Four criminals from Jiwasraya are sentenced to life imprisonment. It’s not fair, nobody,” he added.

Furthermore, Mahfud also claimed that up to now the government has tried to be fair in terms of law enforcement. That is why ministers in President Joko Widodo’s circle continue to be arrested and even have the potential to be sentenced to death for criminal acts of corruption. So he assessed that some of the ‘troublemakers’ making noise in the country should also be tried in a similar way.

“That’s why we even handcuffed the corruption minister and opened up the opportunity for the death penalty. But you also have to deal with rioters outside the government. Wrong?” He said.

However, Mahfud did not explicitly say what the phrase “troublemaker” meant. However, some citizens who responded to the taunts thought that Mahfud’s taunts this time spoke of the arrest and detention of the Chief Imam of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Rizieq Shihab.

As is known, the leader of the FPI was accused of articles 160 and 216 of the Penal Code. Police said Rizieq had invited the crowd to the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday and his daughter’s wedding on Saturday (11/14) last night.

In addition to Rizieq, the police also named five other people as suspects. These are Haris Ubaidillah as head of the celebration committee, Ali Bin Alwi Alatas as secretary of the committee, Maman Suryadi as head of event security, Sobri Lubis as head of the event and Idrus as head of the events section.
