According to the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus, the perpetrator who was a busker met the victim with the initials DS (24) for the first time in June 2020 on public transport.

“This perpetrator worked as a busker. He met (with the victim) there (public transport). They met there, then met again in July 2020 on the perpetrator’s birthday,” Yusri said at the Metro Police Headquarters Jaya, Thursday.

The second meeting took place in the perpetrator’s rented house, which was also the site of the mutilation.

Perpetrators are often harassed to the point of murder

Yuri also revealed that the heinous act was carried out by A because he was injured because the victim often abused him.

The harassment occurred for the first time in the perpetrator’s rented house in July 2020. There the perpetrator was forced to have sex with the victim.

He was also tempted with 100,000 rupees in cash for wanting to commit this immoral act.

However, according to the perpetrator’s confession, the nominal money he received began to decrease. He did not even receive any money when the victim committed immoral acts against him.

“From July 2020 to the last Saturday, 50 times (the victim) committed immoral acts (against the perpetrator),” Yusri said.

The killings and mutilations occurred on Saturday (5/12/2020) when the victim was keeping the perpetrator’s rent for the umpteenth time.

The embittered assailant planned from the beginning to kill the victim in his sleep with a machete.

The perpetrator initially stabbed various parts of the victim’s body, but the victim has not died. Finally he cut the victim’s throat to death.

The perpetrator then mutilated the victim’s body into four pieces and threw it in four different places to remove the traces.

The discovery of the victim’s body for the first time occurred on Monday (7/12/2020) in Kalimalang, Bekasi.

At that time, the body of the victim was found on the riverbank without a head, left hand and two legs.

Several pieces of clothing believed to have belonged to the victim were also found around his body.

Meanwhile, two of DS’s left arms and legs were found in a dumpster not far from where the victim’s body was found. Meanwhile, the head of the DS was found on the bank of a river in the Kayuringin area, South Bekasi.

All pieces of the body were taken to the Kramatjati Police Hospital in East Jakarta to be examined by the forensic team.

According to the police, the suspect removed and disposed of the victim’s body parts using the victim’s motorcycle that he brought with him when he arrived at the perpetrator’s rented house. Then the engine is sold.

The Bekasi City Regional Child Protection Commission (KPAD) plans to accompany A because she is still a minor. He is also suspected of being a victim of sexual violence by DS.

“We will provide psychological assistance to those concerned so that they can provide information to the police on what kind of investigative measures will be taken,” Bekasi city KPAD chief Aris Setiawan said on Thursday.

In addition to providing psychological assistance to A, KPAD will also monitor the investigation process conducted by the police.

According to him, the investigation process carried out by the police must be carried out in a special way considering that A is still a child.

However, KPAD will not provide legal assistance because it does not agree with its authority.

In the near future, KPAD will coordinate directly with the Bekasi Metropolitan Police and Polda Metro Jaya regarding the assistance plan.
