Andi explained that the police also obtained a number of other evidence. These items range from clothing to identity cards.
“Firearms and sharp weapons, clothing and some of their identity cards,” he said.
Andi himself could not confirm when investigators would return the evidence. The reason is that this will later become the authority of the court.
“It depends on the judge’s decision,” he added.
For information, this case is still under discussion. Clashes between the police and the FPI Laskar on the Cikampek KM 50 toll road, on Monday morning (7/12). In this incident, the police shot and killed six members of the FPI Laskar.
In an initial statement delivered by Polda Metro Jaya, they claimed that Rizieq Shihab supporters fired three shots during clashes with the members.
However, this statement was different from the one transmitted by FPI. The general secretary of the FPI, Munarman, stated that the police had committed slander regarding the possession of these firearms.
