Yusri explained that the arrests of the two began with reports from the public that they were victims of motor vehicle theft in the Gambir area of ​​central Jakarta.

Based on this report, the police conducted an investigation and processed the crime scene that led to the two perpetrators. The police later arrested the two in the Cengkareng area of ​​western Jakarta.

Yusri said the two perpetrators often targeted residents’ motorcycles parked in the courtyard of the house with the code “T”.

The human resources suspect also often carried a firearm during his actions and did not hesitate to injure his victim if caught while stabbing a motorcycle.

For his actions, suspect ML was charged under article 363 of the Penal Code with robbery with threat of seven years in prison.

While HR’s body was returned to the family for burial.

“The body of the deceased suspect was also taken by the perpetrator’s family,” Yusri said.
