LONDON – Gareth Bale considers himself happy at the moment Tottenham Hotspur won the North London derby, against Arsenal on Sunday, December 6, 2020, although it was not played. Spurs earned three points after winning 2-0 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham Hotspur manager José Mourinho lowered the front lines of Kane, Son and Steven Bergwijn. The Portuguese coach’s strategy turned out to be effective.

Until the game was over, Bale was not played. Manchester United legend who is now a football fan Gary Neveille Bale is happy to be a substitute player.

“I have seen him in the last three weeks, he looks very happy,” he quoted the Mirror on Monday (7/12/2020).

“He looks very comfortable watching this game,” added the former Manchester United right-back.

Bale came on loan from Real Madrid in the 2020 summer transfer window. So far, the Welshman has only played three league games due to injury.

Meanwhile, Mourinho praised his two forwards, Son and Kane. White Lily’s attacking duet – nicknamed Tottenham hotspur – this season was sensational, scoring 18 Premier League goals this season.

“They work like animals, with all respect for animals, I love animals,” Mourinho told Sky Sports, quoted to Metro, on Monday (7/12/2020).

“They work very hard when the team doesn’t have the ball. Harry Kane clears the ball in the area. In the first 60 minutes they played as a winger, then as a second striker against a central defender (Arsenal).

“They have a very good balance that they need and they also do incredible tactical work for the team when the team loses the ball,” he added.
