JAKARTA – Commission for the Eradication of Corruption ( NCP ) arrested six people while conducting a Hand Capture Operation (OTT) on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Two of the six people who were arrested were suspects who gave bribes to the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Juliari P Batubara.

The two suspects in the bribery of the Minister of Social Affairs were Ardian IM (AIM) and Harry Sidabuke (HS). Both were arrested along with evidence in the form of money worth 14,500 million rupees. The money is believed to be handed over to Minus’ subordinates, Matheus Joko Santoso (MJS) and Adhi Wibowo (AW).

KPK President Firli Bahuri said suspects Ardian IM and Harry Sidabuke had prepared Rp14.5 billion in bribes at an apartment in the Jakarta and Bandung areas before being arrested by KPK. The 14,500 million rupees were stored in seven suitcases, three backpacks and a small envelope.
