Manchester United made another brilliant comeback, this time at West Ham United. The Red Devils won 3-1.
In the match played at London’s Olympic Stadium on Sunday morning (6/12/2020) WIB, West Ham took the lead in the first half through Tomas Soucek in the 38th minute.
However, MU rose in the second half to later score three goals through Paul Pogba, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford. Three points led the Red Devils to climb to fourth place in the Premier League standings with 19 points from 10 games, two points off the top.
Meanwhile, West Ham is in seventh position with 17 points.

Just two minutes into the game, West Ham nearly broke into MU’s net if Dean Henderson failed to block Pablo Fornals’ shot in front of goal.
Jarrod Bowen was able to score in the ninth minute in a one-on-one situation with Henderson. However, the goal was disallowed because Bowen was caught offside when he received a pass.
West Ham lost possession, but was more effective at creating opportunities. While all three of MU’s attackers Edinson Cavani, Mason Grenwood and Anthony Martial are struggling to stand a chance.
In the 32nd minute, Fornals had another chance. Beginning with Bowen’s action passing two MU players, the Fornals sent a cross and headed the ball but the ball went wide.
Three minutes later, United’s defense was easily outmaneuvered by Bowen and found Sebastian Haller heading towards Fornals. Kick in the corner of the net, but Henderson is able to reject it.
MU’s goal was finally broken in the 38th minute, Tomas Soucek who became the scorer. From the Fornals corner, Rice headed the ball at the near post and found Soucek, who was free to cheat at the net.

United’s first golden opportunity came in the 43rd minute when Telles and Anthony Martial exchanged passes down the left. Lukas Fabianski quickly rejected it.
The 1-0 scoreline lasted until drinking.
In the second half, MU entered Bruno Fernandes to fine-tune the attack line to replace Donny van de Beek, and Marcus Rashford to replace Edinson Cavani. The entry of Fernandes and Rashford sharpened United, capable of creating three opportunities in just 10 minutes.
West Ham nearly doubled its lead in the 52nd minute if Bowen’s shot to the far post didn’t go wide.
MU was finally able to equalize in the 65th minute when Fernandes received a long pass from Henderson down the right. Fernandes made an inside cut and sent feedback to Pogba, who was greeted with a first shot from outside the box and lodged in the upper left corner.
Three minutes later, MU was led 2-1 by Mason Greenwood. Fernandes led the way for Telles through a kickback and the Brazilian defender fired a cross into the penalty area. Greenwood easily kicks him on target.

Fernandes made up for West Ham’s defense. In the 72nd minute, his direct pass set Rashford free in the one-on-one duel. Unfortunately, the ball hit the post.
Rashford! The England striker took MU ahead 3-1 in the 78th minute. Juan Mata hit the ball for Rashford, who easily finished it off with a chip kick that overcame Fabianski’s strike.

Henderson made a save when he parried a free kick from Aaron Creswell in the 84th minute. The West Ham vs. MU game still ended 3-1 for the visitors.
