Rizieq Shihab reminds supporters not to go to the subway police during self-examination

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The leader of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Rizieq Shihab, asked his supporters not to be present to accompany his questioning at Polda Metro Jaya next week.

This was transmitted by the Deputy Secretary General and the Legal Advisor of FPI, Aziz Yanuar.

According to Aziz, the appeal for not attending the exam was to prevent crowds from occurring amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

“HRS (Rizieq) orders avoid and do not crowd and please keep health protocols wherever they are,” Aziz said on Saturday (5/12/2020), quoted on Kompas.com.

It is known that the police are scheduled to question Rizieq Shihab in connection with the violation of health protocol that occurred in Petamburan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Rizieq will be examined as a witness at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, on Monday (7/12/2020).
