“Luckily it was behind empty. So I went down, went back to the bottom. I went back, then went back up to take a square,” he said.
“So the story goes that I went up a slope, then there was a car in front, the road was narrow, so it stopped. Then I wanted to ride the vehicle again and did not get in. When I didn’t go up, I finally got off first, took a square first and took a walk. The top of the blank is simply raised. It’s dangerous, “he explained.
He stressed that the incident was not a driving ability issue. “I conclude that temporarily, as said by Mr. David (David Tobing, the attorney for the seven consumers of DFSK Glory 580), there is a production defect in the CVT 1.5 (turbo) unit,” he said.
This consumer along with six other people demanded compensation from DFSK. Through their attorney David Tobing, seven 2018 DFSK Glory 580 Turbo CVT consumers sued PT Sokonindo Automobile and six other parties as authorized DFSK dealers and workshops. “As for the amount of the loss, the concept is that we propose (a claim that) is defective. Then based on the Civil Code, you must return the purchase money. We add each different purchase price because the time was different . There were those who bought it. Early 2019 and others. In total, 7 times more than every time you buy (for a total of IDR 1,959,000,000), “David told detikcom, on Friday (4/12/2020 ).
