As previously reported, the car carrying the head of the Karanganyar textile factory with the initials I (72) was shot down in Solo this afternoon. The shooter was arrested at one of the Karanganyar bus stations.

“At 2:25 pm WIB, the perpetrator was arrested at a bus station in Karanganyar,” Solo Police Chief Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak told reporters at Solo Police Headquarters on Wednesday ( 2/12).

Ade said the shooting took place in Jalan Monginsidi, Banjarsari, only around 12:00 WIB earlier. At that time the victim and his driver were having lunch and suddenly the suspect LJ and his wife approached them.

“With the intention that the suspect and his wife wanted to ride in the victim’s car. The suspect and his wife then got into the victim’s car. The suspect then invited the victim to go to the swallow’s nest house. of the suspect in Jalan Monginsidi Banjarsari, Surakarta, “Ade Safri said.

Upon arriving at the scene, LJ asked the victim to get out of the car. But the victim refused. At that point, the victim’s driver also immediately stepped on the gas, leaving the perpetrator.

“Upon arriving at the crime scene, the suspect got out of the car and ordered the victim to get out, but was turned away. The suspect shot to the left side of the victim, because he kept shooting,” Ade Safri explained.

The frightened victim then secured himself at the Central Java Police Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters. From there, the police arrested the perpetrators.

“So the suspect already has a ticket, the team moved quickly, thank God, in no more than two hours, the arrest of the VIP waiting room of the Karanganyar bus was carried out,” he said.

Police are still investigating whether other parties are involved in the perpetrator’s action. “When he was arrested, he already had a bus ticket to Bekasi. So the suspect already had a ticket,” Ade Safri said.
