JAKARTA – The government will change the salary scheme Officials (PNS). Subsequently, the payroll scheme will no longer be based on rank and class, but on the workload of employees.
The acting head of the Office of Public Relations, Law and Cooperation of the State Agency of Civil Service (BKN) Paryono said that the payroll system of civil servants would undergo changes. When determining salary, you will look at the load, responsibilities and risks of the job.

“The new salary formula for public officials will be determined based on the workload, responsibilities and occupational risks,” he said in his statement on Monday (11/30/2020).
So how much is the salary of civil servants if determined on the basis of class?
According to the Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2019 on the basic salary level of civil servants at the level according to the class and the duration of the working time known as group working time (MKG), the minimum salary earned for public officials is Rp1,560,800 and the highest is Rp5,901,200.
