President Jokowi issues the latest statements on the dissolution of 10 institutions

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dissolved 10 non-structural institutions through Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2020.

“That to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of government affairs and achieve the strategic plan for national development, it is necessary to dissolve 10 non-structural institutions,” was quoted in Presidential Decree Number 112 of 2020, Sunday (11/29 2020).

The dissolution of this institution was signed by President Jokowi on November 26, 2020, and has been promulgated by the Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) Yasonna Laoly.

Hereafter, the implementation of duties and functions of all dissolved non-structural institutions will be transferred to the relevant ministries / agencies.

Transfers also include funds, employees, assets and files belonging to the 10 institutions.
