SuaraSumut.id – The Muhajid East Indonesia terrorist group aka MIT led by Ali Kalora killed four people who were a family in Lemba Tongoa Village, Palolo District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi.
The four residents who were killed on Friday (11/27) around 0800 WITA, among them, were beheaded and one was burned.
The four victims were identified as Yasa, her daughter-in-law Pinu and two other relatives: Pedi and Naka.
All four men are members of the Salvation Army Service Post congregation.
“According to witness testimony, the perpetrator of the attack is suspected to be a DPO of the MIT group. After we showed 11 photos of the DPO to the witness, three were identified, one of whom was Ali Kalora,” said the Head of Central Sulawesi Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Commissioner Didik Suparnoto, on Saturday (11/28/2020).
However, he emphasized, Ali Kalora’s MIT group attacked at random or random, without actually leading to a particular group.
“Yes, they are called terrorists, they attack out of fear. By making random attacks, there was no connection or contact between MIT and a deceased family,” he said.
No church was burned
Meanwhile, Kapolres Sigi Yoga Priyahutama SH SIK Deputy Senior Commissioner in an official statement confirmed the attack.
“But no church was burned. In the town there was no church. So there were 4 victims who died and 3 houses were burned,” he said.
