Europa League: Tottenham silence Ludogorets 4-0

Tottenham Hotspur recorded a landslide victory over Ludogorets in the Europa League. Tottenham won 4-0, two of which were scored by Carlos Vinicius.

Ndombele’s kick was rejected by Iliev. However, Alli who received the vomited ball immediately passed to Vinicius who was in front of the goal. Without difficulty, the Brazilian forward broke into Ludogorets’ goal.

Tottenham closed the first half with a 2-0 lead. The hosts continued their dominance in the second half.

Chance for Gareth Bale in the 57th minute. Harry Winks lifted the ball that led to Matt Doherty. He then directed the ball to Bale, who was at the far post. However, Bale’s shot from close range was blocked by Iliev.

Tottenham added the lead in the 63rd minute. Winks scored a fantastic goal from near the center of the field. After receiving the throw-in, Winks who was standing on the left side of the field fired a direct shot at the goal. The ball bounced and entered the upper right corner of Ludogorets’ goal.

Moura sent Ludogorets even deeper after scoring Tottenham’s fourth goal in the 73rd minute. Alli grabbed the ball from the Ludogorets players and then shot into the penalty area.

The ball goes to Vinicius who then passes to Moura. Moura fired a shot that aimed at the upper right corner of the goal.

Dane Scarlett came close to scoring his first goal for Tottenham in the 84th minute. The 16-year-old striker got his chance after receiving the ball from Winks. However, his first touch was less than perfect for Iliev to move forward to close the shooting gap.

Tottenham’s 4-0 scoreline lasted until the game ended.
