Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Head of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Kabareskrim) Komjen Police Listyo Sigit Prabowo opened his voice after his name was mentioned in the alleged trial corruption on deleting the person search list (DPO) Djoko Tjandra.

In a retrial at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Tuesday (11/24), Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte, who was a witness that day, dragged Kabareskrim Listyo’s name into his confession.

Responding to this, Listyo expressed his sincerity in investigating the case that caught Djoko Tjandra. He even said that he himself brought the fugitive of the Bank of Bali collection rights corruption case (cessie) to the country.

“In fact, I have never had any doubts about fully investigating the Djoko Tjandra case. We will investigate all those involved indiscriminately,” Listyo said when confirmed, on Thursday (11/26).

Listyo assured that if he was involved in this vortex, there was no way he would fully investigate this case until it reached court.

According to him, Napoleon, as a high ranking officer (Pati) in the Two Star Police, should re-examine Tommy Sumardi’s statement claiming to have received the blessing of Kabareskrim to verify the status of Djoko Tjandra’s Red Notice.

“It’s kind of weird if someone brings our name and that person just thinks they are close and represent that person,” Listyo said.

Furthermore, he said, Tommy Sumardi had already denied Napoleon’s confession. Therefore, Listyo believes that the Panel of Judges can consider real facts.

He also explained that Bareskrim did not have the authority to order Kadiv Hubinter, Napoleon’s previous post, to remove the Red Notice. That is why Listyo judged this reason to be absurd.

“Which one is the truth and which one is making it up,” Isstyo said.

It is known that when testifying before the judge on Tuesday (11/24), Napoleon admitted that he accepted the defendant Tommy Sumardi for mentioning the names of Kabareskrim, Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and the vice president of the DPR, Azis Syamsuddin.

Tommy Sumardi is a businessman who was accused of assisting an inmate in transferring Bank Bali collection rights, Joko Soegiarto Tjandra (Djoko Tjandra) to bribe two police generals regarding the removal of red notices.

However, the National Police said that the facts that Napoleon exposed in the trial were not disclosed during the investigation process.

“Regarding the matter launched by the defendant NB (Napoleon Bonaparte), we have transmitted a long time ago that he was not in the BAP. His lawyer TS (Tommy Sumardi) has also responded correctly, ”said the Chief of the Public Information Office (Karopenmas) Police Brigadier General. Awi Setiyono to journalists at the police headquarters, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/25).
