jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Polda Metro Public Relations Chief Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus confirmed the arrest of four people suspected of being involved in an online prostitution case.
He said the four people, made up of a man and three women, were arrested at a hotel in the Sunter area of North Jakarta on Wednesday night (11/25).
“The four people who are being arrested are now in the North Jakarta Police for further investigation,” Yusri Yunus told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya on Thursday (11/26).
The 1991 alumnus of the Police Academy (Akpol) added that the men and a woman are pimps.
“So the two initials are MA and ST. MA and ST are public figures,” he explained.
The former Tanjungpinang police chief said the four people were subjected to a scrutiny and in-depth examination by investigators from the Metro Police in North Jakarta.
“What is the timeline? This is still being investigated by friends and the North Jakarta police detective,” he said.
Additionally, the South Sulawesi man mentioned his temporary allegations of online prostitution cases.
