The Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo, is officially a suspect in the bribery case for the export of fingerlings. Edhy and four other suspects were taken to the KPK detention center.
Suspects began being transferred from the KPK Red and White House to the KPK branch detention center behind the Red and White House on Thursday (11/26/2020) around 02:30 WIB. The transfer of the suspects to the detention center was carried out in 4 stages, until 18.03 WIB.
There was not a word from Edhy when she made her way to the KPK detention center. He seemed to be walking fast.
When they exited the building, all of the suspects were wearing orange vests. Remember to also have the suspect’s hands in handcuffs.
The five suspects taken to the KPK detention center were Edhy Prabowo, Safri, Siswadi, Suharjito and Ainul Faqih. All were transferred after being questioned by KPK investigators.
Edhy Prabowo was arrested by the KPK on Tuesday (11/24) shortly before midnight at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng. At that moment Edhy Prabowo got off the plane that brought him from Japan. Previously, Edhy Prabowo and his entourage visited Hawaii, United States (USA) and then returned to Indonesia transiting Japan for the first time. The KPK secured a total of 17 people, including Edhy Prabowo’s wife named Iis Rosita Dewi.
