GALAMEDIA – The Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Edhy Prabowo was arrested by the team of the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK) on Wednesday morning, November 25, 2020.
When he was secured by the KPK at Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3, Tangerang, Banten, Edhy had just returned from Honolulu, USA. The KPK said 17 people were arrested, including Edhy Prabowo.
The arrest was made on suspicion of a corruption case to determine a possible exporter of lobster seeds. From the list of 17 people, there are also names of Edhy Prabowo’s wife and various KKP officials.

Judging from Edhy’s wealth, this Gerindra Party politician is known to have total assets of Rs 7,422,286,613.
Based on the announcement by the State Administrators Asset Report (LHKPN) on the site https://elhkpn.kpk.go.id, Edhy last reported his wealth to the KPK on March 31, 2020.
The report was presented on the wealth he received during 2019 as Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.

Edhy’s property consists of seven sites in Muara Enim, South Sumatra, one site in West Bandung, West Java, sites and buildings in Bandung, West Java, and sites and buildings in West Bandung.
