JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government updated information on the development of daily Covid-19 cases on Tuesday (11/24/2020).
According to data shared by the Covid-19 Management Task Force on Tuesday afternoon, there were 4,192 new cases of confirmed positive patients for Covid-19.
The data is calculated from 12.00 WIB on Monday (11/23/2020) to 12.00 WIB on Tuesday.
So in total there are 506,302 positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia to date.
The number of additions was obtained from the results of examining 39,971 participants in the last 24 hours.
According to these data, new cases of patients with positive confirmation of Covid-19 are distributed in 31 provinces.

Meanwhile, there is one province that has not seen the addition of new cases, namely Maluku.
From these data, there were also five provinces with the highest addition of new cases.
The five provinces are DKI Jakarta (1,015 new cases), Central Java (928 new cases), East Java (354 new cases), West Java (299 new cases) and Banten (144 new cases).
Meanwhile, the general transmission of Covid-19 has so far occurred in 505 districts / cities of 34 provinces.
Then the government also noted that there were 2,927 additional patients who had been declared cured.
Therefore, the total number of recovered Covid-19 patients was 425,313 people.

Additionally, 109 additional patients died after they previously tested positive for the corona virus.
So the number of patients who have died due to Covid-19 is currently 16,111 people.
