jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The president of the Central Directorate of Muhammadiyah (PP), Haedar Nashir, does not want to be controversial about the speech on the dissolution of the mass organization of the Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI).

Haedar left this matter more fully to the state.

“The state already has a constitution, the state already has laws, the state already has rules, and the state already has the tools,” Haedar Nashir said online.

According to him, the implementation of the constitution and the laws and regulations, together with the property apparatus, is the sole responsibility of the state.

With these various instruments, according to him, the emergence of various actions against the law, such as separatist movements, criminal acts and other movements against the law, must become the authority of the State to act.

“All kinds of actions that are contrary to the constitution, with the legislation, with the applicable law, with the applicable regulations and policies, will be returned to the state and all its instruments to fulfill its duties and obligations,” said Haedar.

According to him, Muhammadiyah and other religious movements have a duty to preach and spread religious values in life so that they do not have to be burdened by things that have become the responsibility of the state.

“Therefore, everything is returned to the State based on the laws and constitutional regulations, as well as the practices to fulfill its duties and obligations,” he said.
