The man in the video said he was ready to fight the demolition of the Rizieq Shihab billboard by members of the Jaya Military Command.
“Please remove it, let me know how many companies, tomorrow I will install it again. At night you removed it, in the morning I will install it again, ”said the man in the video.
“I’ve already printed 1000 Habib Rizieq billboards. Take them down, I’ll install them again,” he added.
The pros and cons of removing billboards
Kodam Jaya’s move to lower the Rizieq Shihab banners and billboards at various points in DKI Jakarta has generated several comments.
The criticism was due to the fact that it was considered that he did not agree with the main duties of TNI, for which the Jaya Military Command received the support of community elements.
In response to this, Pangdam Jaya Maj. Gen. Dudung Abdurachman revealed that the criticism given to his staff was even less than the support from the community.
“So the criticism is the least, those who support him a lot, support him more. Critics do not know the journey, the story, how the billboards fell, ”said Dudung, in Makodam Jaya, on Monday (11/23/2020).
Dudung said that efforts to lower the banners and billboards have been underway for two months, which have been carried out jointly by Satpol PP and TNI-Polri.
