“If he wins in the 2024 elections and the presidential elections, Rizieq can certainly become president. Therefore, there is no need to provoke and divide the people and the Republic of Indonesia to win power,” he added.
Additionally, Neta also supported TNI to continue the operation to clean up Habib Rizieq billboards throughout Indonesia. According to Neta, the removal of billboards related to Habib Rizieq by the ranks of the TNI was in keeping with their duties and functions in the defense sector.
“TNI’s task in the defense sector is currently in accordance with its duties and functions, which of course can control the civil area, especially if the civil apparatus, such as the Satpol PP and the police, do not move to control the situation. “, said.

Neta explained that based on Law Number 34 of 2004 on TNI, in addition to war operations called OMSP (military operations other than war), TNI could act to control the situation for the sake of the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.
