TNI commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto reminded his troops of the threats that could destroy Indonesian unity. The head of the Indonesian Armed Forces Information Center (Kapuspen), Major General Achmad Riyadh, referred to various parties bearing these identities.
“Correct, correct (there are signs of a breakdown of Indonesian unity), obviously this is unity. We have seen that there are some who feel this identity, that identity, of course we all have to be attentive. . If we were careless, ‘Ah, alright’, it turns out we were too late, “Maj. Gen. Achmad Riad said at Wing I Paskhas headquarters, Halim, East Jakarta, on Thursday (11/19/2020).
However, Achmad Riyadh did not want to mention who he would like to interfere with the unity and integrity of Indonesia. He only said that TNI was ready to protect the threats that were presented.
One way, the Kapuspen said, is that the TNI commander comes to check the readiness of his soldiers at the Kopassus headquarters, Ksatrian Marinir Hartono Cilandak and the Wing I Paskhas headquarters in Halim, East Jakarta.
“The Commander intended to ensure that the units under his control, especially the special units, were checked to what extent they were ready. It does not exist in Indonesia, which we love. There are people, there are groups, there are those who try to destroy the unit and integrity, ”he explained.
He said TNI soldiers must be prepared to carry out military operations of war (OMP) and military non-war operations (OMSP). TNI, he continued, was ready to protect the Indonesian nation from all threats.
“So this is one way, one way of our service, one of which is to verify our readiness. We TNIs are ready to stand up to enforce everything for the good of the nation and the state.” Achmad Riad said.
