jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The head of the Presidential Personnel Office (KSP) Moeldoko stated that the government had never interfered with or tried to criminalize Habib Rizieq Shihab.
According to Moeldoko, it was Habib Rizieq’s arrival in Indonesia, which was welcomed by his supporters, that actually disturbed the comfort of the public.
“The proof is that there is no problem to return home. Do we intercept? No. In fact, we warn the security forces, we guard them well, we do not disturb them. Even if they disturb themselves, they disturb the road, they intend to disturb the public” Moeldoko said in his office. Presidential Palace Complex, Central Jakarta, Thursday (11/12).
Moeldoko said his party did not have to reconcile with the FPI Grand Priest.
Because, Moeldoko said, the government had no problem with Habib Rizieq.
“From the beginning, we said that Mr. Habib Rizieq wanted to go home, yes, just go home. Go alone, go home please,” said the former TNI commander.
Moeldoko claims that the government has never tried to suppress or obstruct the departure or return of Habib Rizieq.
Moeldoko considered that Habib Rizieq arrived safely at his residence as proof that the government did not interfere.
