Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The legal advisor of Jouska’s client, Rinto Wardana, admitted that he had heard information about the plan from the CEO of PT Jouska Finansial Indonesia (Jouska), Aakar Abyasa Fidzuno, who plans to flee to Australia. This was done to avoid the obligation to compensate Jouska’s clients.
According to Rinto, in the Investigation Report (BAP) in Polda Metro Jaya until November 12, 2020, there were 35 victims of Jouska’s investment with a loss of Rp. 13.81 billion.
“I heard the news and it turns out that my client had previously expressed concern that there was a possibility that Aakar’s brother would escape,” Rinto told the media team on Thursday (12/11/2020).
Therefore, in this report, he wrote a special letter addressed to the investigators so that Aakar would be arrested immediately.
“I have brought a letter, namely a letter requesting that Aakar be arrested immediately, so that the investigator immediately obtains evidence related to the criminal act we reported,” he said.
Aakar’s plan to leave the country has been popularized in media reports lately.
Detik.com reported that Aakar was about to flee to Australia because there was a colleague in Kangaroo Country.
“He mentioned that there was already a plan to escape to Australia. Why to Australia? If I’m not mistaken, there are relatives or old friends there and they have already said it in front of us, ”the source wrote.
Aakar’s escape plan was reinforced by the news that his wife had stopped practicing at a hospital. Aakar’s wife is known to be a pediatrician at a hospital.
“Two weeks ago I heard that his wife had resigned as a doctor in Hermina,” he said.
