Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
Named after the former Kapolda Metro Jaya who is currently serving as PSSI General President Mochamad Iriawan aka Iwan bule and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung appeared at the trial of the former Supreme Court Secretary (MA) Nurhadi Abdurrachman and his son-in-law Rezky Herbiyono.
This was reported by PT Multitrans Logistic Indonesia Commissioner Hengky Soenjoto during Nurhadi and Rezky’s trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Wednesday (11/11). He admitted that his younger brother, the managing director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT), Hiendra Soenjoto, suspected of bribery of Nurhadi and Rezky, asked him to help solve the case handled by Polda Metro Jaya.
Hengky said Hiendra was involved in a dispute with a PT MIT CFO Azhar Umar. He admitted that his younger brother had been identified as a suspect and detained. However, Hengky did not know the details of the dispute between Hiendra and Umar.
“Hiendra asked me to contact several people, including Mr. Haji Bakrie, the figure is a mature man, sir. He was close to Iwan Bule, yes, like Kapolda,” Hengky said at the Corruption Court in Jakarta, on Wednesday (11 /eleven).
Hengky admitted that Hiendra asked him to approach Iwan Bule to get him released from prison. In addition to Iwan Bule, he also said that he was asked to approach someone who was Budi Gunawan’s younger brother. During the trial, it was not known exactly who Budi Gunawan was.
“Then I asked his brother Pak BG for help, then I asked Mas Rezky for help [Herbiyono] also he said.
“So Pak Hiendra told me that Pak Nurhadi knew Pak BG, Budi Gunawan, yes sir. So I just told him to say so,” Hengky added.
However, Hengky emphasized that efforts to reach out to various people as Hiendra wanted, including reaching out to Rezky, who was Nurhadi’s son-in-law, did not result in his younger brother being released from prison.
“After that, yes, there was no news until finally my brother was handed over to P21 at the Prosecutor’s Office, sentenced to serve his sentence,” he said.
Confirmed separately, Iwan Bule stated that Hengky’s testimony at the trial was inconsequential. He also admitted that he was not aware of the problem that caught Hiendra when he was in the Metro Police.
“Who is it? I don’t know and I don’t understand what the problem is at all. Making it up,” Iwan Bule told CNNIndonesia.com through a written statement, on Wednesday (11/11).
In the indictment, it was claimed that Hiendra requested Nurhadi’s help through Rezky to win the dispute against Azhar Umar.
There is also a dispute related to deed number 116 dated June 25, 2014 relative to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT MIT and a lawsuit related to deed number 31 dated June 4, 2014 regarding changes at the PT MIT Commissioner.
The Jakarta Central District Court rejected Azhar’s claim. When the person in question filed an appeal, the DKI Jakarta High Court upheld the lower court’s decision.
“Because the case continued at the cassation level, Hiendra asked Hengky to request and urge Defendant I and Defendant II to win over Hiendra,” the prosecutor’s indictment was quoted as saying.

In addition to Iwan Bule, Hengky admitted that Hiendra also asked him to put pressure on Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung through former DPR President Marzuki Alie. Hiendra himself has a close relationship with Marzuki. This approach was taken to suspend Hiendra’s detention.
This was revealed when the prosecutor read Hengky’s investigation report (BAP) number 52.
“Hiendra asked me to pass it on to Marzuki Alie for transmission to Pramono Anung, the then Minister to the Secretary of State, to have Hiendra’s detention suspended. This was relayed at Hiendra’s office in the warehouse complex during my first meeting with Marzuki Alie, but at that time Hiendra also cannot get out of detention, “the prosecutor said confirming Hengky’s BAP.
Hengky confirmed the content of the BAP. He explained that Hiendra had a close relationship with Marzuki. Hiendra, according to Hengky, had also asked Marzuki to help his company not go bankrupt. Marzuki then provided a loan of around 6 billion rupees.
Hengky admitted that he received 1.5 billion rupees, while Hiendra used 1 billion rupees to rent land. “The rest don’t know what Hiendra was using it for,” he said.
Hiendra’s company, PT MIT, remains bankrupt. Hiendra then together with Marzuki formed the Intercon company. 55 percent stake by Hiendra and 45 percent by Marzuki Alie. However, because Hiendra had never paid off his debt, Marzuki took all of his actions.
“The Intercon company is owned by Marzuki Alie because Hiendra cannot repay the debt to Marzuki Alie,” he said.
Pramono Anung has yet to respond to the confirmation. CNNIndonesia.com related to Hengky’s confession at trial.
