President of the United States (USA) Donald Trump has stood out in the state of Pennsylvania from the beginning. However, now the situation has been reversed. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has dramatically surpassed Trump.
In fact, from the beginning of Donald Trump’s campaign, campaign manager Bill Stepien continued to project Trump’s victory in Pennsylvania and garnered 270 electoral votes. Stepien is optimistic even though Trump’s lead at the time continues to decline in the state.

Stepien noted that Trump “cut off Democratic leadership” in Arizona and that the competition was “fierce and close.” He said Trump “was still in the lead” in Georgia and North Carolina and still believed Trump would win Pennsylvania.
“We still have confidence in Pennsylvania. Our data tells us that we won by more than 200,000 votes,” Stepien said, indicating that the votes would come from Philadelphia and the “Trump region.”
It also states that many ballots cannot be automatically counted by a scanner, so the counting in the states for ballots is done by hand. This is what slows down the counting process.
But then Trump’s edge weakened. The difference between the two votes is only 0.3%.
