FIX INDONESIA- The government through the Ministry of Manpower has scheduled the distribution of Subsidized Salary Assistance (BSU) or direct cash assistance (BLT) or BLT Subsidized Subsidized Salary Lot 2 at the beginning of November, the controls can be carried out immediately.
Labor Minister (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah said the timetable for the distribution of the newest BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BLT in batch 2 will be in November.
“Our goal is for the second term to be distributed by the end of October 2020 or, at the latest, distribution will begin in early November,” he said on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 14 of 2020, which was published on August 14, 2020 in the Guidelines for providing government assistance in the form of wage subsidies for workers / laborers in managing the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), there are 6 requirements that must be met for BLT to subsidize wave 2 salaries can be settled to the beneficiary’s account.
These are the 6 requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI) as evidenced by a Population Identification Number (NIK).
- Registered as an active participant in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employment social security program as evidenced by a membership card number.
- Employees / Labor recipients of wages / salaries.
- Participation until June 2020.
- An active participant in the social security program for employment who pays contributions with the contribution amount calculated based on a salary / salary less than IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupees) according to the last salary / salary reported by the employer to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and,
- Have an active bank account.
From the official website of the Ministry of Manpower, it was recorded that the BLT wage subsidy that had been distributed in period 1 was aimed at more than 12 million workers with wages below 5 million rupees with a total budget of 14,631 trillion rupees.
If the government’s goal is in the first week of November, these funds will begin to be phased out no later than Saturday, November 7, 2020.
