KOMPAS.com – The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has published data related to the participants who approved the 2019 Civil Service Candidates (CPNS).
Data as of October 31, 2020, up to 138,791 CPNS participants had passed for the 2019 formation to fill a total of 150,371 government-opened formations.
The acting head of BKN’s Office of Public Relations, Law and Cooperation, Paryono, said that the number of participants who passed by filled 3,469 lecturer positions, 55,039 teaching positions, 27,457 health workers and 52,826 technicians.
Meanwhile, at the national level there are 11,580 empty formations, with details of 4,729 in 32 ministries and 33 Non-Ministerial Government Agencies (LPNK) / Non-Structural Institutions (LNS), and 6,851 in 456 regional agencies.

10 universities that print the most CPNS
In addition to posting full and empty training data, BKN also published the ten universities from which applicants passed the majority of the 2019 CPNS selection. Details are as follows:
1. Open University, with 9,436 approved candidates
2. Gadjah Mada University (UGM), with 3,452 approved applicants
3. University of Education of Indonesia (UPI), with 3,318 approved applicants
4. Sebelas Maret University (UNS), with 2,468 approved candidates
5. Semarang State University (Unnes), with 2,403 approved applicants
6. Yogyakarta State University (UNY), with 2,334 approved applicants
7. Diponegoro University (Undip), with 2,017 approved applicants
8. Makassar State University (UNM), with 1,789 approved applicants
9. University of North Sumatra (USU), with 1,708 approved applicants
10. University of Sriwijaya (Unsri), with 1,630 approved applicants
More vacancies are proposed
The deputy of Personnel Information Systems at BKN Suharmen explained that if a position that is not covered with aliases is still empty it is necessary, the agency in question will be directed to propose the position again.
The proposal can be made to the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). However, compliance with these proposals will depend on the training quota established by the Ministry of the PANRB.

The number of participants who passed the post-optimization was 60.93 percent or 84,562 women and 39.07 percent or 54,229 men.
There were 60,673 participants who passed the 2019 CPNS selection in the age range of 26 to 30 years, up to 43,626 people were between 21 and 25 years old, 32,054 people were in the age range of 31 to 35 years, and up to 2,081 people were between 18 and 18 years old. 20 years, 357 people are in the age range of 36 to 40 years.
In addition, from the post-optimization graduation rate, the largest number of participants who occupied the training of the teaching position was 55,039 people.
