JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UMKM) provides large scale BLT subsidies for small business actors in the Productive Banpres program or UMKM assistance of IDR 2.4 million.
Initially, this program ended last September, but then it was extended until the end of November. BLT UMKM Rs 2.4 crore in phase II will target an additional 3 million small business actors.
President Jokowi Assistance for Microenterprises (BPUM) was launched by President Jokowi on August 24, 2020. BRI has distributed BPUM of Rp. 10.3 billion to 4.3 million recipients in the first phase. The government plans to increase the number of beneficiaries of this assistance to 12 million MSME stakeholders.

Requirements for documents to be prepared to obtain BLT UMKM Rp. 2.4 million, among others, Identity number (NIK), Identity card (KTP), residential address, business line and telephone number.
Other requirements, as cited by the Kemenkop website, for micro-enterprise actors whose business address is different from the home address as stated in the KTP, they can attach a Business Certificate (SKU).

The actors of small companies that receive assistance from the UMKM of Rp.2,4 million are those that are included in the proposal of one of the agencies, including the Service of Cooperatives and SMEs, banking and financial companies registered in the OJK, ministries / institutions and cooperatives that have been legalized as legal entities. .
Although this assistance is intended for all MSMEs business actors, there are several conditions that must be met, namely:
- Micro-enterprise actors who currently do not receive working capital or investment credit from banks (not bankable).
- Business actors are Indonesian Citizens (WNI) who have a National Identity Number (NIK)
- Have a micro-business as evidenced by an applicant’s proposal letter with attachments.
- No ASN.
- Not a member of TNI / POLRI
- You are not a BUMN / BUMD employee.

Check status
If it passes, the money will be transferred. To verify the BPUM recipients, you can do it through Eform BRI. Here’s how to verify BPUM UMKM BRI recipients on the official website eform.bri.co.id.
- Go to the official page https://eform.bri.co.id/bpum
- Two columns appear that need to be completed, namely the KTP number and the verification code
- Complete both columns
- Click on the “Inquiry Process” button.
- If you are registered as a recipient according to the registered NIK, a notification will appear on that page.

SKU management
For micro-enterprise actors whose business address is different from home address as stated in the KTP, they can attach a Business Certificate (SKU).
SKU is a letter made by the authorities, in this case the sub-district or the head of the village. This means that the management is enough to go to the sub-district or village office to be legalized in the district office.
Complete the SKU to explain that the person whose name is indicated on the letter is in fact a resident of RT and RW who is located below the kelurahan or village and in fact owns a business mentioned in the letter.
The requirements for submitting a SKU request include a cover letter for KTP, RT or RW and KK. Once the kelurahan / village office is issued, the SKU can be brought to the sub-district office signed by the camat and validated with the Kecamatan seal.

There are no fees to make SKUs at the departure / village office or sub-district office. SKUs have a validity period of one year from the date of issue.
Meanwhile, how to make SKUs in various areas, SKU requests can be submitted to the one-stop-shop integrated service office (PTSP). One of the PTSP implementers for SKU issuance is Jakarta DKI province.
