KOMPAS.com – The government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises has disbursed working capital assistance to microentrepreneurs through direct cash assistance (BLT UMKM) or what is known as Presidential Productive Assistance (Banpres) of 2.4 million IDR
The BLT UMKM or Productive Micro Business Banpres (BPUM) program with a nominal value of Rs 2.4 crore was extended until the end of December 2020.

Regarding the question, the Special Staff of the Minister of Cooperatives and UKM, M. Riza Damanik, said that it could not be done because Productive Banpres could only be presented by one person in a business.

According to Riza, the name that appears in the SK must reach the bank for the activation of the account and the signing of the Letter of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM).

Riza explained that the requirements for Productive Banpres recipients have been explained a lot, including:
- WNI,
- Have a NIK,
- No.of ASN / TNI / Polri and BUMN employees,
- Have a micro-business
- Not be a KUR loan or working capital loan or investment capital loan.
On the other hand, the Corporate Secretary of the BRI Bank, Aestika Oryza Gunarto also said that the recipient of Banpres is only one person and a micro-company.
If a husband and wife register their business in the same way, only one of them will receive assistance.

In relation to this, Riza emphasized that a person cannot receive double BLT UMKM funds.
“It can’t be twice. Just a gift,” Riza said.
Meanwhile, as a BRI party, Aestika also explained that people are only entitled to receive one grant.
“It cannot be done twice, because each person is only entitled to one aid,” Aestika said.
