Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
Presidential Personnel Office (KSP) will shortly inform the President of the delivery of a special edition folding bike of the Youth Commitment Joko widodo to the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (NCP).
The head of the KSP Secretariat, Yan Adikusuma, said the bicycle is still in the KSP and has not been delivered to Jokowi.
“Yesterday, in accordance with the instructions of the Presidential Chief of Staff Pak Moeldoko, we will report these items to the KPK for further processing in accordance with the applicable regulations,” Yan said in a written statement on Tuesday (10/27).
“All the bikes that are still in the KSP will soon be reported to the KPK,” Yan added.
KPK previously appealed to the palace to report the tips in the form of giving Jokowi a special edition Youth Pledge folding bike.
Representing KPK prevention spokesperson Ipi Maryati Kuding said that the palace must report the tip receipt if the bicycle was delivered to Jokowi personally.
The reward acceptance report must be submitted within 30 business days from the date the reward is received in accordance with laws and regulations.
Upon receipt and review of the report, the KPK will determine the ownership status of the bonus, whether it is state-owned or privately owned.
It is known that President Moeldoko’s Chief of Staff previously received donations in the form of 15 folding bicycles in commemoration of the Youth Pledge.
