It is known that Otto Hasibuan filed a lawsuit in the Central District Court of Jakarta on September 25, 2020. In his petitum, Otto requested that his request be granted and asked the panel of judges to declare that Djoko Tjandra was in PKPU status and all legal consequences.

As is well known, Otto once admitted to accepting a request from the family of the convicted Bank Bali collection rights case (cessie), Djoko Tjandra, to become a lawyer. Otto said that he has now officially become Djoko Tjandra’s lawyer.
