BLITAR MEDIA – BPUM is a Presidential Productive Assistance (Banpres) for Microenterprises, an IDR 2.4 million grant, shown to microentrepreneurs through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemkop UKM).
The funds are awarded directly to microenterprise actors who have approved and meet the criteria through the channeling banks or HIMBARA (Association of State-owned Banks), namely BTN, BRI, BNI and Bank Mandiri.
Data collection on BPUM UMKM participants is carried out by agencies designated by the UKM Ministry of Cooperatives, such as:
- Office in charge of cooperatives and UKM
- Cooperatives legalized as legal entities
- Ministries or institutions
- Banking and financial companies registered with the OJK
- The government’s credit program channeling institutions consist of BUMN and BLU.

For BPUM UMKM recipients, they will be informed by message notification (SMS) from HIMBARA, Mobile banking notifications, emails, direct notifications from UKM Diskom city or district and village officials.
Self-check can be performed by logging into HIMBARA by printing a savings book transaction from a registered account, or by verifying using the NIK (Identification Number) through the page https://eform.bri.co.id/bansos/penerima_bpum .
There are several recipients who did not register, but received a notification stating that they were recipients of BPUM UMKM IDR 2.4 million.

This is because the recipient is a client or participant of an agency designated by the UKM Ministry of Cooperatives. The agency then registers clients and participants who meet the criteria to participate in the BPUM UMKM program of IDR 2.4 million.
