DIY NEWS – The Government has channeled Direct Cash Wage Assistance (BLT) to employees earning less than Rs 5 million to 12,166,471 people.
The number it has received is about 98.09 percent of the target recipient of 12.4 million people, based on data as of October 19, 2020.
“So far about 150 thousand have not received wage subsidy assistance (BSU) because there is a lack or inconsistency in the data. For example, the account is invalid, then the NIK number is missing, then the account number does not match with the name presented, “said the Minister of Manpower. (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah, Wednesday, October 21, 2020.

If there is a shortage like that, Menaker Ida said, the Ministry of Manpower will return the data to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJAMSOSTEK), which will inform the employer for correction.
Of the 12,166,471 beneficiaries of BSU, the breakdown is that stage I was distributed to 2,485,687 recipients (99.43 percent), stage II was 2,981,531 recipients (99.38 percent), stage III was 3,476,120 recipients (99.32 percent)), stage IV up to 2,620,665 recipients (94.09 percent) and stage V with 602,468 recipients (97.39 percent).

The distribution of BSU itself is divided into two terms, each of which will be distributed at IDR 1.2 million. Once the distribution of the first period is completed, the Ministry of Labor will process the second period.
