TANGERANG, KOMPAS.com – Viral on social media, a video of a group of security guards fighting with a housing contractor with the initials TS in Green Lake Cipondoh, Tangerang City.
Kapolsek Cipondoh AKP Maulana Mukarom said the incident took place on October 14, 2020 at Asia Green Lake Cipondoh Cluster when the home security guard wanted to stop dozens of TS cars that were carelessly parked in the residential area.
He explained that the demolition began with complaints from residents living in the house because they were disturbed by TS cars parked in the residential area.
“So initially the reports from neighbors were concerned about parked cars, about 15 cars,” Maulana said on Monday (10/19/2020).

Later, when the raid took place, TS did not accept it and argued with the security guard that he wanted to stop dozens of TS cars.
Remembered repeatedly
Maulana also revealed that from the witness testimonies, it turned out that TS, who was the housing contractor in the Asian Cluster, had been repeatedly reminded not to park dozens of cars in the housing complex.
“However, this resident (TS) ignored the warning,” Maulana said.
He explained that dozens of cars owned by TS were used as vehicles for the purchase and sale of vehicles.
Despite having been warned many times, TS still did not accept that he was attacked by the security guard and reported the dispute that had occurred between the security guard and TS to the Cipondoh Police.
Maulana said TS denounced the raid carried out by the security guard and said there was a beating that occurred at the time of the shooting down.

“There was shoving (during the curb). So it is suspected, this is still an allegation, it is suspected that there was a beating,” Maulana said.
Security denied any beating
However, one of Green Lake Cipondoh’s security guards, Hamdi Komarudin, denied having been beaten during the demolition.
The moderation that took place on October 14 was only limited to tension and mutual encouragement.
“There was shoving-dorognan, no beatings, so just shoving,” he said in an interview with Kompas TV on Sunday (10/18/2020).
He explained that the shoving occurred because the home contractor who also sold dozens of cars in the residential area made inappropriate words.
“Once again, there is language that is not pleasant to hear when we are reprimanding,” he said.

However, the commotion was interrupted by one of the security guards who at the time was involved in surveillance.
“The leadership intervenes to prevent criminal actions, at that time all the troops are disbanded by the leadership,” said Hamdi.
Standard parking of three cars in each house
He also explained that there are parking space limits provided by the housing manager, that is, three parking spaces for each occupant of the house.
In fact, Hamdi continued, there are two carports, but the manager provides a wiggle room for three cars to be allowed for each house.
However, what TS did, which parked dozens of cars, was a violation and the home security guard, Hamid said, was only carrying out the manager’s appeal to stop dozens of TS cars.
“Manager’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), the parked vehicle is in accordance with the two-vehicle carport. However, the manager was given a policy of three. If (TS) has more than three,” he said.
