Jakarta –
Through series 10, MotoGP 2020 again features a different winner this season. This time it was Alex Rins’ turn to climb to the highest podium in the 2020 MotoGP Aragón.
Alex Rins started the race in Aragon on Sunday (10/18/2020) afternoon WIB, occupying the tenth starting position. But the Suzuki Ecstar rider made a good start and ran forward.
The pressure from Alex Rins even got him to lead the race towards the start of the sixth lap, after overtaking Fabio Quartararo. A few rounds later, it was Maverick Vinales’ turn that passed. Rins began to lead the race.
In the final rounds of the 2020 Aragón MotoGP, Alex Rins faces fierce competition from another Alex, Alex Márquez. It’s interesting because the starting positions of the two in this race are not really very different: Rins in 10th position, Alex Marquez in 11th.
Both managed to kick forward from a starting position that was actually not ideal, Alex Rins and Alex Marquez then had a fierce duel in the closing laps. Several times Marquez stalked the gap, but Rins did not give up.
In the end, the Alex vs Alex duel saw Rins as the winner in the 2020 MotoGP Aragon. Márquez had to settle for finishing second, which by the way is also his second consecutive podium for the 2020 MotoGP rookie.
These results have seen MotoGP 2020 present eight different riders who have been on the podium during the 10 races so far. Alex Rins is the newest, in the MotoGP of Aragon 2020.
Previously last week, the 2020 French MotoGP at Le Mans featured Danilo Petrucci as the winner. Other drivers who have also won this season are Fabio Quartararo, Brad Binder, Andrea Dovizioso, Miguel Oliveira, Franco Morbidelli and Maverick Viñales. Of these names, only Quartararo has been on the podium more than once this season.
