INDOZONE.ID – Rangga’s death left a scar and attracted the attention of the general public. A 9-year-old boy was killed when a man who raped his mother was driving in Birem Bayeun district, Aceh Timur, Aceh on Saturday night (10/10/2020).
The perpetrator, Samsul (46), was blindly cut across his body. Not only that, Samsul also treated Rangga’s body like an animal. Starting from when they put him in a sack until he was thrown into the river.
Fortunately, the poor boy’s body was found floating in the river shortly after officers arrested Samsul. This is because the perpetrator is adamant about not revealing where Rangga’s body was dumped.
Rangga’s tragic story then caught people’s attention. Many of them called him a paternal hero. Rangga is said to have refused to be ordered to leave by her helpless mother when Samsul was about to be raped at the time.
Rangga chose to do his best by yelling and blocking the perpetrators. But sadly, her tiny body couldn’t resist the lust of Samsul, who was later found to be a repeat offender.
Not only ordinary people, the center of attention also came from the famous Ustaz Abdul Somad. Through the Instagram social media account @ustadzabdulsomad_official, on Friday (10/16/2020), UAS invited the nation’s children to learn a lesson from the fate that happened to Rangga.
According to UAS, Rangga showed the importance of fighting to protect a mother’s honor, even though her life was at stake.
UAS also cited the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW about the reward of martyrdom for people who were killed for defending their families.
“The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘Whoever is killed for defending his family, then he is a martyr’ (HR. At-Tirmidhi),” wrote UAS.
Furthermore, UAS also composed meaningful words for the boy who was known to excel in elementary school.
“Ananda Rangga. With your deeds you have taught the children of this nation about the meaning of maintaining honor, even if it must be paid with life. You face God without sin, because you have not reached puberty,” wrote UAS.
According to UAS, Rangga’s attitude was noble.
“You are noble with the degree of martyrdom. Martyr means witness, because all angels welcome your soul. Martyr means witness, because you have witnessed your place in heaven before death comes. You feel sakaratulmaut as a gentle pinch in the delicate skin. You are free from the torment of the grave and Your soul is at the peak of the green birds that fly here and there in the sky. If Allah gives you the power to intercede, give a little to the humble servant of Allah: abdul somad, “he continued.
