A man in North Sumatra, S, was arrested by police for allegedly raping and later killing his own nephew, MJ (15). S is also suspected of stealing four cell phones and laptops from the home occupied by the victim.

When he entered the house, his daughter, the 15-year-old victim, was found to be lying there. S was arrested later Thursday (10/15) evening. He was detained in one of the abandoned houses.
Now S has been named a suspect. He and two colleagues have been detained to continue legal proceedings.
