jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Bareskrim Polri has completed a bribery case related to the removal of the red notice Djoko Tjandra. In this case, two police generals were involved and Bareskrim made them suspect.

The Chief of the National Police, General Idham Azis, said that the completion of this case was the commitment of the National Police to clean and clean its internal organs.

“The completion of the Djoko Tjandra case is a form of our commitment to law enforcement, as well as efforts to clean up within the National Police,” Idham said in his statement on Friday (10/16).

Former Kapolda Metro Jaya also emphasized that anyone involved in the case, be it a general or another officer, would be prosecuted.

“We are transparent, we brush everyone involved indiscriminately,” Idham said.

It is known that, in this stage II delegation, the investigators had turned over the suspect Djoko Tjandra, Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte and Tommy Sumardi to the prosecution. That way, they will immediately enter the court or trial process.

The red notice bribery case itself is an extension of the alleged falsification of Djoko Tjandra’s road documents. In this case, Bareskrim named Djoko Tjandra, Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo and Anita Kolopaking as suspects.

Kabareskrim Polri, Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo, had said that his party would thoroughly investigate whether there were people suspected of being involved in the issuance of a fugitive pass in the Bank Bali claim rights transfer case (cessie), Djoko Sugiarto Tjandra.
