JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – “There is a time, there is a date for the game, we will open everything later,” Napoleon told reporters in South Jakarta Kejari, Jalan TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, on Friday (10/16/2020 ).
Upon entering the detention car directly, Napoleon was the only one of the 4 suspects who gave information to the media.
The suspects are ready to stand trial because the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office has completed the administrative process to obtain the suspects’ evidence in the alleged removal of Djoko Tjandra’s red notice.

Three suspects in this case were turned over to the South Jakarta district attorney, including,
- Tommy Sumardi,
- Former Chief of the International Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte,
- Former head of the Office of Coordination and Supervision of the PPNS of the National Police Brigadier General (Pol) Prasetijo Utomo
Meanwhile, the suspect, Djoko Tjandra, was transferred to the prosecutor’s office in another country.
In this case, Djoko Tjandra and Tommy Sumardi are suspected of being the bribes. Meanwhile, Napoleon and Prasetijo are suspected of taking bribes.
