The Rp 0 DP house is a red note on the anniversary of Governor Anies Baswedan’s rule in DKI Jakarta. The DP Rp 0 home program itself became Anies’ flagship program by running a campaign.
The note came from the chairman of the PDIP faction in the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono. He said Anies had not kept his campaign promise. According to him, many Regional Medium Term Development Plans (RPJMD) are very far from the objective. Starting with providing housing, to managing floods.
“If we look at Anies’ 3 years of leadership and refer to the RPJMD, it is still a long way from the goal of achieving the RPJMD,” Gembong told reporters on Thursday (10/15/2020).
Gembong assessed that the goal could not be achieved because the provincial government only focused on providing housing for the PD of Rp. 0. In fact, according to him, the program had many problems in its implementation.
“Why did this happen? Because the provincial government only focuses on providing housing for the DP of Rp. 0, although there are many problems in implementing the DP Rp. 0,” Gembong said.
A note also came from the chairman of the PKB-PPP faction in DPRD DKI Jakarta, Hasbiallah Ilyas. Hasbi highlighted the promise of the Rp 0 DP house, which became Anies’s mainstay during the campaign.
He asked DKI Pemprov to involve BUMD, like Jakpro and Sarana Jaya, to help manage the Rp 0 DP project. According to him, the steps of the Housing Agency have been deficient in the management of the Rp 0 DP project.
“The house Rp 0 (DP) to date has not been maximized, even though before this pandemic there should have been something that could be done about DP Rp 0. If the DKI provincial government involves existing BUMDs, I think it will work quickly , because we cannot send the Rp. This is for the Housing Agency, for example, “Hasbi explained to reporters.
“The Housing Service does not have the capacity to do that. So it must involve BUMD. DKI has Jakpro, Sarana Jaya,” he said.
