Minister of Foreign Affairs United States of America Mike Pompeo wait Armenia can defend yourself in battle against Azerbaijan.
This was expressed by Pompeo in an interview with WBS radio in Atlanta on Thursday (10/15).
“We hope that the Armenian people can fight against what the Azerbaijanis are doing,” Pompeo said. AFP.

The United States is a country that is home to the Armenian diaspora, but it also has strategic relations with Azerbaijan.
The United States has maintained its neutrality on the conflict over the past two weeks and urged both parties to speak.
Pompeo also harshly criticized the United States’ NATO ally Turkey, which fully supports Azerbaijan.
“Turk has intervened and provided resources to Azerbaijan, increasing the risk, increasing the shooting that took place in this historic battle in Nagorno-Karabakh,” Pompeo said.
The United States is co-chair of the Minsk Group that has been working for peace in Nagorno-Karabakh. In addition to the US, Russia and France lead the Minsk Group.
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan over the weekend agreed to a ceasefire for the good of humanity. But a few hours later there was still a shooting range. Both parties accuse each other of violating the agreement.
There were attacks between them in several cities, including Barda, Karabakh and Stepanakert in Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry accuses the Armenian forces of not complying with the ceasefire agreement that Russia is negotiating.
While Azerbaijan claims that the enemy forces have deployed T-72 tanks and three Multi Grad rocket launchers to attack its area.
