JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Polda Metro Jaya indicated that the ambulance was deliberately used to carry the logistics of the protesters.
Polda Metro Jaya Head of Public Relations, Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus, explained that an ambulance was chosen because it could move freely through the crowd when a demonstration was taking place.
According to him, an ambulance to transport the logistics of the protesters was a new way for the authorities not to suspect him.

“This is a new mode now. Some are using ambulances that can move freely,” Yusri told reporters on Wednesday (10/14/2020).
Yusri further emphasized that the police supported medical assistance assistance for protesters or volunteer officers.
However, based on the information obtained, some have tried to take advantage of the demonstration situation of the Employment Creation Law by using an ambulance as a logistics courier.
