Hotman, in a post on the Instagram account @hotmanparisofficial on Saturday (10/10/2020), asked that the compensation issue be resolved as soon as possible.

“What needs to be fixed is the way to resolve labor disputes, especially severance pay, which from the Ministry of Manpower to the labor court to the Supreme Court can take from one to two years,” he said.
“If the salary from work is only two or three million, how can you finance so much money to fight the employers.”
“How is this possible? Then make a law like in a commercial court, that is, the case of labor conciliation, especially with regard to severance pay, must be resolved within 30 days,” he said.
“As in the commercial court it was decided in 60 days even though it was trillions of rupees,” he concluded.
