JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Defense Minister and Gerindra Party Chairman Prabowo Subianto said he was objective in evaluating his fellow ministers in Jokowi-Maruf Amin’s cabinet as the best people in their fields in this country.
Prabowo also said that if he became president in the 2019 presidential elections, he would likely choose the same people in Jokowi-Maruf Amin’s cabinet to become ministers in his cabinet.
“Even if, for example, I was president yesterday, I see how I will also vote for my cabinet,” Prabowo said in an exclusive interview delivered by Gerindra DPP’s Party.
Because when he became the leader of the country, according to Prabowo, he had to find the best people to build and advance the nation.
Prabowo also saw many of the best chosen by President Jokowi as his minister. Even if he becomes president, it is likely that he will also elect the person chosen by Jokowi.
“Then I saw that many were elected by Pak Jokowi, if I became president, I even wanted to vote for him,” Prabowo said.
