Chief Expert Staff of the Office of Presidential Personnel (KSP) Ade Irfan Pulungan submit to law enforcement on the return speech of the leaders of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Rizieq Shihab to lead the revolution.
“Let only the security forces judge the speech,” Ade said. CNNIndonesia.com, Tuesday (10/13).
Ade stated that law enforcement officials have their own authority to interpret these efforts.
“Whether it meets the element of crime in criminal law, we leave it up to law enforcement officials,” said former TKN Director of Legal Affairs and Defense Jokowi-Ma’ruf.
Previously, the FPI stated that Rizieq Shihab was allowed to return to Indonesia after the Government of Saudi Arabia lifted the ban. It is also claimed that Rizieq is ready to lead a revolution to save Indonesia.
Rizieq is known to have been in Saudi Arabia since leaving Indonesia in April 2017, or a week before he was named a suspect in the alleged pornographic content case with Firza Hussein.
He accused him of not being able to return to Indonesia due to negotiations between the Indonesian government and Saudi Arabia.
