Rioters reignited under the Cideng overpass

Jakarta –

The masses continued to prowl Jalan Jatibaru Raya in central Jakarta until tonight. The masses reignited under the Cideng overpass.

On-site monitoring, the fire was visible from material burned by the masses in Jl Cideng Timur, on Tuesday (10/13/2020), at 6:40 p.m. WIB. The smoke seemed to rise high.

Rioters were seen in the place Hood. They also yelled harshly.

The fire broke out after police officers beat up the crowd at around 6:24 p.m. WIB. It wasn’t until security forces were seen around Jalan Jatibaru Raya that the rioters returned.

Previously, the masses also carried out burning actions in the Jalan Cideng Barat segment. At around 6pm WIB, flames were seen under the overpass.

There are no vehicles circulating in the place. It is not yet known what material burned the mass.
