East Aceh –
The perpetrator, S, who allegedly raped DA (28) and killed R (9), is said to have been stalking the victim for a long time. The assailant has been stalking the victim since he was released from prison a few months ago.
“Perpetrator S works in the garden every day. Access to the perpetrator’s garden is through the victim’s house,” said Langsa Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, Iptu, Arief Sukmo Wibowo detikcom, Monday (12/10/2020).
S began gardening after leaving prison at Tanjung Gusta Prison in North Sumatra. He was released for assimilation after 15 years in prison. S then returned to his hometown in East Aceh.
According to Arief, the perpetrator was already aware of the situation and condition of the victim’s house, so bad intentions arose. On Friday night (9/10), S allegedly broke into the victim’s home by pulling on the door.
“He has seen the victim (DA) many times so there is a bad intention (to rape DA). He saw an opportunity because there were only two victims in his house, so the perpetrator entered the victim’s house, ”Arief said.
Arief said that S allegedly touched DA’s body and electrocuted the victim. It is also said that R woke up when the incident occurred and screamed for help for his mother.
S then cut R’s neck. After R fell, S supposedly tried to cut R again, but was shoved and R’s hand hurt.
S then stabbed the boy in the stomach and chest, causing R to die. S then allegedly took DA out of the house and hit the victim’s head.
“The perpetrator raped the mother while the mother was half conscious,” Arief said.
They then took DA into the bush and allegedly raped him again. S hereinafter referred to as carrying R’s corpse to the river. DA, suspected of being a rape victim, was rescued by residents.
“The DA victim was rescued at 0600 WIB. She was then taken to the hospital for treatment,” Arief said.
Perpetrator S was arrested on Sunday (11/10) around 09.00 WIB. R’s body was found in the river around 15:30 WIB. There were ten stab wounds, stab wounds in the boy’s body.
